Welcome to Lundary, a laundry and ironing service with delivery in Basra, Iraq. By using this application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Service Usage Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
  • A valid phone number is required for registration and verification.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in your account.
  • The service is currently available in select areas within Basra city.
  • Minimum order is 6 items.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Inspect clothes before handing them over and remove personal items from pockets.
  • Inform us of any clothes requiring special care.
  • Be available at the specified address during pickup and delivery times.
  • Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice in the app.
  • Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery, E-wallet.
  • Plus (urgent) service includes additional charges.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order for free before it is picked up by the driver.
  • After pickup, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Cancellation after pickup may incur charges.

6. Liability Limitations

  • We do our best to care for your clothes, but are not responsible for damage from pre-existing fabric defects.
  • In case of loss or damage, compensation is provided per our approved compensation policy.
  • We are not responsible for items left in clothing pockets.
